At the same time, automobile exhaust emissions have become one of the main sources of PM2.5. New energy vehicles will become a technological revolution in the energy power system and one of the fundamental ways to get rid of automobiles' dependence on petroleum resources and achieve sustainable development. In China, the development of new energy vehicles focuses on electric vehicles. The development of electric vehicles is generally considered to be the fundamental way to transform the power system and solve the energy and environmental crisis. The contradiction between the immature technology of electric vehicles and the development needs of electric vehicles in the next few years has formed a passive situation in which the current pure electric vehicle industry is slowly advancing.
1 System working principle
This system is an electric vehicle power system powered by three-way lithium iron phosphate batteries. It includes a microcomputer processor, SPWM generator, gate driver module (three channels), inverter module (three channels), power battery pack (three groups), multi-winding motor, fault detection and protection module, display module, alarm module and Set the input module.
Each group of power battery packs independently provides energy to a group of windings in the multi-winding motor through a corresponding inverter module. Each inverter module is controlled by the corresponding gate drive module. The overall structure of the system is shown in Figure 1. The three sets of inverters are powered by three sets of lithium battery packs and work in parallel under the control of the main control unit to ensure that the three sets of output voltages are synchronized. When a certain set of batteries fails, The system can automatically detect the cause of the failure and block the inverter drive pulses through the main control unit to stop the corresponding inverter, ensuring that each battery pack is independent and effectively preventing the failure of one battery pack from affecting the rest of the batteries. work, weakening the grouping effect of the battery, improving system reliability, and ensuring driving safety; at the same time, the intelligent battery management system can effectively avoid battery overcharging and over-discharging problems, extending the service life of lithium iron phosphate batteries by more than three times. .
The system uses three sets of batteries in parallel for power supply and a multi-winding motor drive method, which reduces the system operating voltage without reducing the driving power, improves safety, and reduces the difficulty of installation and debugging.
The use of three sets of batteries in parallel for power supply can effectively solve the problems of shortened battery life and reduced power supply reliability caused by the battery grouping effect. It can prevent battery over-discharge and extend battery life; it can make the system power supply continuous and reliable, and ensure driving safety.
2 System hardware design
This design uses three sets of batteries to power the nine-winding asynchronous motor at the same time. In the event of a fault, the inverter is blocked to cut off the power supply to the faulty circuit. The inverter is driven by the drive module. During the entire working process, the fault detection module detects system parameters such as voltage, current, and motor speed, and transmits the detection results to the DSP control center for processing. The DSP responds accordingly to the processing results. The structural block diagram is shown in Figure 2.
