A fuel cell is generally understood to be a device that converts the chemical energy of fuel into electrical energy. Its fuel is divided into hydrogen, methanol, ethanol, methane, etc. At present, the relatively mainstream internationally and domestically is hydrogen fuel cells, which use hydrogen as fuel to replace both petroleum and current lithium batteries, and use fuel cells to replace engines.
Chinese officials have always given greater support to fuel cell research and development. Sinolink Securities predicts that the fuel cell industry chain is developing well, with breakthroughs in domestic stack technology and steady progress in infrastructure. In 2017, there were more than 1,000 fuel cell vehicles, and it is expected that there will be more than 10,000 vehicles in 2020. The entire industry chain will usher in break out.
