2. When the UPS power battery system is powered by itself, be careful to start the UPS power supply with load. Turn off each load first, and then turn on the load after the UPS power system starts. When the load is powered instantly, there will be an impact on the battery. The impact current of multiple loads plus the required power supply current will cause the UPS power supply to be overloaded instantly.

3. Whether in the floating charge working state or in the charging and discharging maintenance, it is necessary to ensure that the voltage and current meet the regulations. Excessive voltage or current may cause thermal runaway of the UPS battery, and too low voltage and current will cause the battery to lose power, which will affect the service life of the UPS battery.

4. When using the UPS power system, be careful to add high-power additional equipment at will, and it is not allowed to operate for a long time under full load. The nature of the work determines that the UPS power system works in an uninterrupted state, adding a high-power load, which will damage the converter in severe cases.

5. Be careful about high-current charging and discharging of 402030 polymer battery. Although it can withstand high current during charging, it should be as careful as possible in actual operation, otherwise it will cause the battery plate to swell and deform, causing the plate active material to fall off, the battery internal resistance to increase, and the higher the temperature rise, the more serious the capacity will decrease.

6. Be careful about short circuit or deep discharge of UPS battery packs. The cycle life of the battery is related to the depth of discharge. The deeper the discharge depth, the shorter the cycle life. In the capacity test or discharge maintenance, the discharge can reach 30% to 50% of the capacity.
