It can simultaneously connect in series and in parallel internally, which can save the mechanism required for external series connection and improve the grouping efficiency of modules and systems; another is S-InLay, which can improve cooling efficiency and improve the safety of high-series systems; and finally Logic-Pack, which simplifies the BMS system and improves dynamic current balance.

 

Looking at the current development of solid-state batteries in the world, Prologon is 3-5 years ahead of Toyota and 5-10 years ahead of other competitors. In 2015-2016, it adopted solid-state polymer battery architecture technology, and in 2017, it used oxide technology.

 

In 2013-2014, it was actually sold in small quantities, and HEC products were already available at that time. By 2022, we will be nearly 2 to 3 years ahead of Toyota. A very important creation in the future is to achieve the so-called 700 to 850 kilometers per charge in 2030.

 

Many people ask why we have this technical capability earlier than Toyota? Because Toyota started development very early, but it has been doing basic research, and it has always been under pressure for mass production and sales. In addition to technical research, we also have to conduct product research. Because of this, we completed mass production earlier, which is a big advantage for us.

 

It was not until later that Toyota began to think about how to enter the solid-state battery and how to use the best production model and mass production design. This takes a very long time, about 8-10 years, and requires a lot of relevant experience and time accumulation. Generally, it takes 3-6 months to develop a battery, so if this time is not early, it is difficult to get quick results.

 

We are earlier than other battery manufacturers. Why is it earlier? The reason is that we only have one product, which is solid-state 102450 lipo battery, and we must invest all our energy in it. It was not until 2016 that we discovered that liquid batteries had bottlenecks.

They hope that the batteries can be controlled by themselves in the future. There are also some special market conditions. Important partners in these markets also cooperate through technology transfer and other means.
