1. Structural features Long-life colloidal sealed AG3 battery for electric vehicles is a battery with nano-carbon, nano-SiO2 (silicon dioxide), CMC (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) and other additives added to the plate active material; nano-SiO2 is added to the electrolyte, and organic polymer stabilizers are added to prepare a high-efficiency colloidal electrolyte, which effectively prevents electrolyte stratification and improves electrolyte activity; the positive and negative plates are separated by a special separator made of modified composite fiber. The battery is manufactured using new processes and new technologies.

2. Performance The product has an advanced sealing structure, strong charging acceptance, no leakage, no swelling of the cell shell, no concentration stratification of the electrolyte, strong charge retention, good discharge performance, long service life, stable performance, no sulfuric acid overflow, large capacity, no pollution and other excellent performance; the overall performance and main performance technical indicators are better than similar products at home and abroad.
