  The lithium battery protection board is used for charging and discharging protection of series lithium battery packs. When fully charged, it can ensure that the voltage difference between individual batteries is less than the set value (usually ± 20mV), achieving equal charging of each individual battery in the battery pack, effectively improving the charging effect under the series charging method. Simultaneously detect the overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and over temperature status of each individual battery in the battery pack to protect and extend the battery's service life. Undervoltage protection prevents damage to each single battery due to over discharge during use.

  The finished lithium battery consists of two main parts: a lithium battery cell and a protective plate. The lithium battery cell is mainly composed of a positive electrode plate, a separator, a negative electrode plate, and an electrolyte; The positive electrode plate, diaphragm, and negative electrode plate are wrapped or stacked, packaged, filled with electrolyte, and packaged to form a battery cell. Many people are not aware of the role of lithium battery protection plates. Lithium battery protection plates, as the name suggests, are used to protect lithium batteries. The role of lithium battery protection plates is to protect the battery from discharging, charging, and current, and also to protect output short circuits:

  Overcharge threshold: 4.25 ± 0.05 V (4.30 ± 0.05 V optional)

  Overdischarge delay: 5mS

  Over discharge release: Disconnect the load and ensure that the voltage of each individual battery is above the over discharge threshold;

  Overcurrent release: disconnect load release

  Over temperature protection: With interfaces, a recoverable temperature protection switch needs to be installed;

  Working current: 15A (according to customer selection)

  Static power consumption:<0.5mA

  Short circuit protection function: It can protect and self recover after disconnecting the load.

  Main functions: overcharge protection function, over discharge protection function, short circuit protection function, over current protection function, over temperature protection function, balance protection function.

  Interface definition: The charging and discharging ports of the board are independent of each other, sharing the same positive pole. B - is the negative pole connected to the battery, and C - is the negative pole of the charging port; P - is the negative electrode of the discharge port; B -, P -, and C-pads are all through-hole type, and the diameter of the pad hole is 3mm; The charging detection interfaces of the battery are output in the form of DC pin holders.

  Parameter Description: Configuration of maximum working current and overcurrent protection current values, unit: A (5/8, 8/15, 10/20, 12/25, 15/30, 20/40, 25/35, 30/50, 35/60, 50/80, 80/100), special overcurrent values can be customized according to requirements
