Colloidal polymers are covered or filled in microporous membranes, which have superior performance compared to polymer electrolyte lithium-ion batteries without separators, such as: ① providing better protection during internal short circuits; ② Can reduce the thickness of the electrolyte layer; ③ Providing sufficient safety during overcharging; ④ It has good mechanical properties and thermal stability.
