　　From the perspective of laptop production, in recent years, China's laptop production has shown an increasing trend year by year, increasing from 45.6499 million units in 2005 to 2440825 million units in 2011, with a compound annual growth rate of over 32%. In 2012, China's laptop production reached 253 million units, a year-on-year increase of 9.08%. From January to September 2013, the total production of laptops in China reached 181 million units, a year-on-year increase of 6.16%.

　　On August 6th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology disclosed that in the first half of the year, China's lithium battery manufacturing enterprises achieved a year-on-year increase of 17.4% in their main revenue, 72.8% in their total profits, and 43.1% in their total taxes. The rapid increase in profits in the lithium battery industry is closely related to the sales volume of new energy vehicles.

　　Data shows that in July, China produced 20400 new energy vehicles, an increase of 2.5 times year-on-year. It is expected to achieve the sales target of 200000 vehicles by 2015. With the implementation of subsidy regulations in various regions and the introduction of charging facility support policies, electric vehicle sales will continue to grow rapidly and provide substantial order support to upstream lithium battery enterprises.

　　According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from January to June 2015, battery manufacturing enterprises above designated size nationwide achieved a year-on-year increase of 0.4% in their main business revenue, 27.3% in total profits, and 7.9% in total taxes. Among them, the revenue and profit growth rate of lithium-ion batteries are far higher than the industry average, indicating that the proportion of the lithium-ion battery market is rapidly increasing in the context of the accelerated development of new energy vehicles and energy storage markets.
