This method includes the second -stage charging method and the third -stage
charging method
① The second phase method uses a fast charging method combined with
constant current and constant voltage. First, charging the voltage value of the
constant current to the predetermined voltage, and then the constant voltage is
changed to complete the remaining charging. Generally, the conversion voltage
between the two stages is the constant voltage of the second stage.
② The third -stage charging method uses constant current charging at the
beginning and end of the charging, and charging with constant voltage in the
middle.
When the current is attenuated to the predetermined value, it is converted
from the second stage to the third stage. This method can reduce the amount of
gas to the least, but as a fast charging method, it is limited by certain
restrictions.
Fast charging method
① The pulse charging method, this charging method not only follows the
inherent charging acceptance rate of batteries, but also improves the battery
charging acceptance rate, thereby breaking the limit of the battery index
charging accepted curve, which is also the new development of battery charging
theory. The pulse charging method is first charged with the battery with pulse
current, and then the battery stops for a period of time. This cycle is shown in
Figure 5. The charging pulse is full of batteries, and the intermittent period
causes the battery to redefine the oxygen and hydrogen generated by the chemical
reaction of the battery to be redefined and absorbed, so that the thickness and
ohmization of the thickness and ohmization are naturally eliminated, which
reduces the internal pressure of the battery. The next round of constant current
charging can be carried out more smoothly, so that the battery can absorb more
power. The intermittent pulse has a sufficient response time for the battery,
reducing the amount of gas analysis, and increasing the charging current
acceptance rate of the battery.
② 2ReflextM fast charging method. This technology is a patented technology
in the United States. It mainly faces the charging object is nickel -cadmium
battery. Because it uses a new type of charging method to solve the memory
effect of nickel -cadmium batteries, it greatly reduces the fast charging time
of the battery. The charging method of the lead -acid battery and the detection
method of the charging state is very different from that of the nickel -cadmium
battery, but a working cycle of the REFLEXTM charging method can be borrowed
from each other. Maintain 3 stages.
③ The current charging method is based on the basis of constant current
charging and pulse charging, as shown in Figure 7. It is characterized by
changing the constant current charging section to a limited voltage transformer
intermittent charging section. Each section in the early stage of charging
adopts a method of charging a variable -current intermittent charging to ensure
increased charging current and obtain most of the charging volume. In the later
period of charging, a fixed -voltage charging section was used, and the charging
volume was obtained to restore the battery to a complete charging state. Through
intermittently, the oxygen and hydrogen generated by the battery through
chemical reactions have the time to redefine and absorb it, so that the
thickness and ohmization are naturally eliminated, thereby reducing the internal
pressure of the battery, so that the next round of round The constant current
charging can be carried out more smoothly, so that the battery can absorb more
power.
④ The transformer voltage intermittent charging method, on the basis of the
transformer intermittent charging method, some people propose the transformer
voltage intermittent charging method, as shown in Figure 8. Different from the
variable current intermittent charging method is that the first stage is not
intermittent constant current, but intermittent constant pressure. In each
constant voltage charging phase, due to constant voltage charging, the charging
current naturally decreases according to the index of the index, and the
acceptance rate of the battery current is gradually declining with the charging
rate.
