A model like "LP503048" indicates a Li-polymer pouch cell with a thickness of 5mm, width of 30mm, and length of 48mm, with additional characters denoting capacity (e.g., "1000mAh"). Some manufacturers also include chemistry codes, such as "LFP" for lithium iron phosphate or "NCM" for nickel-cobalt-manganese, which affect performance but not size.
