The first charging first uses fast charging (Panasonic BQ390 I chose here) is about half an hour, and then charged with a slow charging (I use 100magP charging treasure) to the end voltage of 1.45V (very long), and then use medium speed at medium speed. Or a slow-speed charger (Sony's BC-CS2A).
