At this time, if the forklift battery is not replaced, there will be potential security risks.

In an environment of 10°C, the battery capacity is only about 60% of the normal level. Therefore, pay attention to the ambient temperature of the electric forklift.

　　When the forklift battery is not in use, it must be fully charged in time to prevent insufficient power when using the forklift, which may cause safety accidents. The most common tubular lead-acid battery has self-discharge, so the storage environment requirements are relatively strict. It is generally stored in the range of -20℃~40℃. If possible, the battery can be stored in a charged state. If not used for a long time, charge it once a month as much as possible. Note that the ambient temperature during use and storage must not exceed 40°C, which will have a relatively large adverse impact on the battery.

　　If the forklift battery power is insufficient, we can connect the two poles of the battery to the discharge pile to discharge all the power, and then fully charge the battery. If the lead-acid battery cannot be charged and the battery power is displayed as 0, you need to take the battery out and place it in an open air environment.
