After the forklift stops working, you should check the condition of the battery and the forklift and analyze the cause of the high temperature of the battery. There is a situation where the battery needs to be replaced, that is, the battery has a sustained high current discharge, which will cause the battery temperature to rise rapidly, the electrolyte to evaporate rapidly, and the plates to age or even burn. At this time, if the forklift battery is not replaced, there will be potential security risks.

　　Another possibility is that the forklift circuit fails. In this case, the forklift battery may become too high. Therefore, when the driver is using the forklift, he or she needs to often feel the temperature of the forklift battery with his hands. If the temperature does not exceed 35°C when charging or working, then It is normal, but the ambient temperature cannot be too low. In an environment of 10°C, the battery capacity is only about 60% of the normal level. Therefore, pay attention to the ambient temperature of the electric forklift.

　　When the forklift battery is not in use, it must be fully charged in time to prevent insufficient power when using the forklift, which may cause safety accidents. The most common tubular lead-acid battery has self-discharge, so the storage environment requirements are relatively strict. It is generally stored in the range of -20℃~40℃. If possible, the battery can be stored in a charged state. If not used for a long time, charge it once a month as much as possible. Note that the ambient temperature during use and storage must not exceed 40°C, which will have a relatively large adverse impact on the battery.

　　If the forklift battery power is insufficient, we can connect the two poles of the battery to the discharge pile to discharge all the power, and then fully charge the battery. If the lead-acid battery cannot be charged and the battery power is displayed as 0, you need to take the battery out and place it in an open air environment. The static electricity attached to the original battery will be released in about an hour, and then try charging again. If it still remains If not, you need to observe whether there is a bulging battery, replace the bulging battery in time, and then you can continue to use it.
