　　The bureau has made clear regulations for passengers to carry lithium batteries on board:

　　Firstly, passengers are not allowed to carry lithium batteries in their checked luggage.

　　Secondly, passengers can carry lithium-ion battery cells or consumer electronic devices (watches, calculators, cameras, mobile phones, laptops, camcorders, etc.) for personal use. The backup battery must be individually protected against short circuits and can only be carried in hand luggage. In addition, each backup battery shall not exceed the following quantity: for lithium metal or lithium alloy batteries, the lithium content shall not exceed 2 grams; For lithium-ion batteries, their total lithium content does not exceed 8 grams.

　　Thirdly, passengers can carry lithium-ion batteries with a total lithium content of 8 grams or more but not exceeding 25 grams. If a single battery is well protected and can prevent short circuits, it can be carried in hand luggage. Each person is limited to 2 backup batteries.

　　Fourthly, other types of backup dry batteries, such as nickel hydrogen batteries, can also be carried with you if short circuit prevention measures are taken.

　　Fifthly, lithium-ion batteries with a total lithium content exceeding 25 grams of equal quality should be shipped as cargo in accordance with the standards of the "Lithium Battery Air Transport Specification" (MH/T1020-2007).
