Wearable batteries use advanced chemistries, such as lithium-polymer (a type of lithium-ion battery), which offer higher flexibility and lower weight compared to traditional cylindrical lithium-ion cells. Lithium-polymer batteries can be manufactured in thin, flat shapes, making them ideal for curved or slim wearable designs.
