Lithium battery charging method

　　1. Pre charging stage: When using a charging device to charge the battery or battery pack, the charger starts charging at a current value of 0.02C. When the BMS detects that all battery voltages are above 2000mV, it can switch to constant current charging mode;

　　2. Constant current charging stage: At the beginning of constant current charging, the charger outputs a constant current value at the maximum current specified by BMS;

　　3. Constant voltage charging stage: At the end of constant current charging, if the voltage value of any single battery in the battery pack reaches the alarm value of the upper limit of the single battery voltage, the charger will switch to constant voltage output according to the instructions issued by BMS, and the current value will be adjusted according to the instructions of BMS until the voltage value of any single battery reaches the cut-off value of the upper limit of the single battery voltage;

　　4. End of charging: If the voltage value of any single battery reaches the cut-off value of the upper limit of the single battery voltage, the charger will stop charging according to the instructions of BMS.

　　5. During charging operation, professional personnel should take care of the charging plug and socket to ensure that they are working properly without any heating phenomenon, to ensure that the charging equipment is working properly, to ensure that the battery pack and its protective circuit are working properly, and that the entire power system is free from short circuits, overcurrent, overheating, and overcharging phenomena.
