1. Differences between lithium battery module and PACK
In short, the lithium battery module is a relatively complete system, while PACK is a single component.
Lithium battery module:
Lithium battery modules are multiple lithium battery packs composed of several to hundreds of battery cells in parallel and in series. In addition to the mechanism design, a more complete lithium battery pack system can be formed by adding the battery management system and thermal management system.
PACK:
PACK means packaging, packaging and assembly. Its processes are divided into three parts: processing, assembly and packaging. PACK production line generally only needs to undertake two functions: transmission and detection. At present, semi-automatic PACK assembly lines are widely used by manufacturers, mainly for online, offline, detection, in plant transmission and packaging of PACK.
