What are the technical requirements for lithium iron phosphate battery packs?Nickel Hydride No. 5 batteries

  During the charging process, some lithium ions in lithium iron phosphate are removed and transferred to the negative electrode through the electrolyte, which is embedded in the negative electrode carbon material; At the same time, electrons are released from the positive electrode and reach the negative electrode from the external circuit, maintaining the balance of chemical reactions. During the discharge process, lithium ions detach from the negative electrode and reach the positive electrode through the electrolyte. At the same time, the negative electrode releases electrons, which reach the positive electrode from the external circuit and provide energy to the outside world. Lithium iron phosphate batteries have the advantages of high working voltage, high energy density, long cycle life, good safety performance, low self discharge rate, and no memory effect.

  1: Operating temperature range

  Lithium iron phosphate battery packs are used under the following ambient temperature conditions:

  Charging environment temperature:− 10 ℃~55 ℃; Discharge environment temperature:&minimum; 20 ℃~60 ℃.

  2: Electrical performance

  Consistency of battery cell performance within the battery module. Each cell in the battery module should be a product processed by the same manufacturer, with the same structure and chemical composition, and meet the following requirements:

  (1) The difference between the maximum and minimum static open circuit voltage between each cell in the battery module should not exceed 0.05V;

  (2) The difference between the maximum and minimum static internal resistance values of each cell in the battery module should comply with: for cells below 10mW, the absolute deviation value should not exceed 0.5mW, and for cells above 10mW, the deviation should not exceed 5% of the uniform value;

  (3) The difference between the maximum and minimum capacity values of each cell in the battery module should not exceed± 1%.

  3: Capacity retention rate. The capacity of lithium-ion battery packs should not be less than 95% of the rated value.

  4: Cycle life. The cycle life of the battery pack should be 800 to 2000 cycles.

  5: High temperature accelerated aging life. Industrial lithium-ion batteries shall be charged and discharged according to regulations, and their appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, rust, smoke or explosion. The number of detection cycles shall not be less than 52.
