Polymer lithium battery charging voltage selection
At present, the electrochemical window of the positive electrode materials, negative electrode materials and electrolyte used in commercial lithium batteries is basically above 4.5V, that is to say, when the battery charging voltage reaches 4.5V, the battery is still relatively stable. However, if the battery charging voltage is too low (such as less than 4.15V), it will seriously affect the amount of battery charging, such as if the battery charging voltage is controlled at 4.13V, the battery charge is about 60-80% of the battery capacity, which greatly affects the performance of the battery.
In fact, the charging voltage of the battery is related to the battery system, and has nothing to do with the discharge rate of the battery.
Use notice regulations:
1. Prohibit sharp parts from colliding with batteries;
2. It is prohibited to transport or store batteries together with metal objects;
3. It is forbidden to abandon, fall, impact, bend the battery, and it is forbidden to knock or step on the battery with a hammer;
Fourth, it is forbidden to use metal objects such as wires to directly short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery;

13. It is forbidden to use or place the battery at high temperatures (such as strong sunlight or very hot cars) for a long time, otherwise it will cause the battery to overheat, catch fire or function decline and reduce life;
14, in case of electrolyte leakage and contact with the skin or other parts, should immediately rinse with water, electrolyte contact eyes immediately rinse with water and then seek medical attention;
15, prohibit the use of damaged batteries, such as electrolyte leakage or electrolyte smell of the battery should be away from the fire source to avoid battery fire or explosion.
