　　Lithium battery manufacturers are exploring the possibility that if the moisture content of lithium batteries is too high, the electrolyte will react with the moisture, generating trace amounts of harmful gases that may have a negative impact on the environment of the injection room; This will also affect the quality of the electrolyte itself, resulting in poor battery performance and rusting of the battery pins.

　　Water reacts with a component in the electrolyte to generate harmful gases. When there is enough water, the pressure inside the battery increases, causing the battery to deform under stress. If it is a mobile phone battery, it behaves as a drum case; When the internal pressure is high, the battery is at risk. Bursting causes electrolyte to splash, and battery debris is also prone to injury.

　　Excessive moisture inside the battery; The loss of the effective component of the electrolyte and the loss of lithium ions result in irreversible chemical reactions of lithium ions on the negative electrode of the battery. When lithium ions are consumed, the energy of the battery decreases.

　　When there is a lot of water inside the battery, the electrolyte inside the battery reacts with water, and the product will be gas and hydrofluoric acid (hydrofluoric acid is a highly corrosive acid that can corrode the metal parts inside the battery and ultimately cause the battery to leak. If the battery leaks, the performance of the battery will rapidly decrease, and the electrolyte will also corrode the user's machine, ultimately causing even more dangerous failure.
