　　① Application field

　　Soft pack lithium battery is mainly used in mobile Internet, mobile power and digital products such as smart phones, laptops, cameras and so on.

　　Lithium battery pack application scenarios are more extensive, small computer rooms, weak room and other room subsystems, new energy outdoor sites, communication base stations, indoor and outdoor without air conditioning sites, radio and television, troops, oil and weather and other unmanned sites.

　　② Structural characteristics

　　The key materials used in the soft-pack lithium battery, the biggest difference is the flexible packaging material (aluminum-plastic composite film), which is the most critical and technically difficult material in the soft-pack lithium battery. Flexible packaging materials are usually divided into three layers, that is, the outer barrier layer (generally the outer protective layer composed of nylon BOPA or PET), the resistance layer (the middle layer of aluminum foil) and the inner layer (the multi-functional high barrier layer).

　　Lithium battery pack: Lithium battery is assembled in the form of a lithium battery pack, with a higher energy ratio, longer use time and life. The main components of lithium battery pack are positive and negative electrodes, electrolyte and diaphragm.

　　③ Energy ratio and weight

　　The weight of the soft pack lithium battery is 40% lighter than that of the steel shell lithium battery of the same capacity, and 20% lighter than that of the aluminum shell battery. The capacity of the steel shell battery of the same size is 10 to 15% higher than that of the aluminum shell battery, 5 to 10% higher.
