　　1. UPS battery discharge treatment

　　Daily discharge treatment is required for UPS, which can activate the battery and prolong the usage time of UPS batteries. But when we perform discharge treatment, do not discharge all the electricity, just discharge two-thirds of the capacity.

　　2. Avoid overcurrent charging

　　If the UPS battery pack is overcharged, it will cause the positive and negative plates inside the battery to bend, and it will also cause the active substances on the surface of the plates to fall off, resulting in a decrease in the usable capacity of the battery. In severe cases, it can cause a short circuit in the battery's internal plates and damage the battery.

　　3. Avoid overvoltage charging

　　If overcharged, it can cause the water contained in the electrolyte of the UPS battery to be electrolyzed and separated into UPS power batteries, which will shorten the service life of the UPS battery and affect its usage.

　　4. Avoid mixed charging and use of new and old batteries

　　We all know that the internal resistance of new UPS batteries is relatively small, and the internal resistance of hotels will increase to varying degrees after use. If the new and old batteries are mixed for charging, the phenomenon of overvoltage charging will be caused by the high internal resistance of the old batteries; The internal resistance of new batteries is small, which can lead to overcurrent phenomena. Therefore, we need to avoid mixing new and old batteries during charging.
