Comparative analysis of dry and wet mixing technologies of lithium iron phosphate
There are two main ways to mix lithium iron phosphate:
(1) Dry mixing, mixing various materials in a dry powder state;
(2) Wet mixing, put the insoluble raw materials into the ball mill according to the proportion, add water or other liquids for mixing.
Wet mixing and ball milling is generally used in the laboratory. Its main advantages are uniform mixing and finer grinding. It can be granulated after ball milling.
