Precautions when using lithium batteries:
1. The outer packaging is aluminum-plastic composite film. 4. Things to note when assembling lithium polymer batteries using cores and shells
1. Lithium polymer battery is connected through the battery: Lithium-ion packaging devices recommend using ultrasonic welding or spot welding technology to connect the core with the protection circuit module or other components. For example, when using manual tin soldering, the battery family believes that the things that need to be paid attention to include ensuring the function of the core, the temperature of the soldering iron can be controlled and anti-static, the temperature of the soldering iron cannot exceed 350C; the tin soldering time cannot exceed 3 seconds; the tin soldering time No more than 2 times; secondary welding must be performed after the edge sealing is cooled; direct welding on the edge sealing is prohibited (note: the distance between the solder point position and the aurora position).
