Power regulation is one of the key technologies of wind turbines. ① Fixed pitch stall adjustment method, the whole machine has a simple structure, few parts, low cost, and a high safety factor. The disadvantage is that it relies on the unique structure of the blade, the structure is complex, and the molding process is also difficult. As the power increases, the blades lengthen, and the aerodynamic thrust they bear is large, which weakens the stiffness of the blades and makes the stall dynamic characteristics difficult to control. Therefore, it is rarely used in the power control of wind turbines above the megawatt level.
② The variable pitch angle wind turbine can control the speed when starting, and the power can be controlled after being connected to the grid, so that the starting performance and power output characteristics of the wind turbine are significantly improved, and the tower, blades and foundation are improved The impact is much smaller, but the disadvantage is that it requires a more complex pitch angle adjustment mechanism, which requires the wind turbine's pitch angle system to respond quickly enough to the gust of wind in order to reduce the power pulsation caused by wind fluctuations.
③The hybrid adjustment method is a combination of the first two power adjustment methods. This method of variable pitch angle adjustment does not require very sensitive adjustment speed, and the power of the actuator can be relatively small.
