Laser welding should ensure accurate positioning, and the welded parts are clean. It is strictly forbidden to cause deformation or damage to the battery. Check after welding, and repair welding for defective batteries such as welding holes and explosions. (6) Winding Place the ion exchange membrane on the winding needle evenly, and the front end protrudes 2-5mm from the winding needle. There should be no wrinkles at the four corners of the pole piece, and the pole piece should not be dropped. If it is too long, the double-sided tape is misaligned left and right, and the tape does not cover the solder joints, etc., the positive electrode material must hug the negative electrode material, the pole piece cannot be rolled, and the front end of the pole piece must be inserted to the top.
