　　The 18650 lithium battery is used as a round battery, and the sealing technology generally needs to pay attention to the following issues! First of all, the rolling groove is the key, because the consistent R position and size of each battery in the rolling groove will affect the consistency of the entire shape. Then when sealing, it should be sealed in place at one time, and the R position of the battery case rolling groove should be consistent with the lower mold when sealing, and the height of the sealing neck should be

For the second time, the outer diameter of the seal should be reduced by 0.1mm.

　　Furthermore, special materials should be selected for the sealing mold and the mold should not be changed frequently. Both the seal and the roll groove must cooperate very well.
