Lithium-ion batteries have become the power source of choice for electric vehicles (EVs) due to their numerous advantages. They offer a high energy density, allowing EVs to travel longer distances on a single charge compared to many other battery technologies. In an electric vehicle, the lithium-ion battery pack is carefully designed and integrated. The BMS monitors and controls the temperature, voltage, and current of each cell to ensure safe and optimal operation.
