According to reports, Toyota Industrial Group R&D Manager Hironori Suzuki said: "The electrification rate of small forklifts has reached 60%. The operating efficiency of CR1225 battery forklifts is very good, and the downtime is very short."

 

 

Toyota Industries is one of the earliest companies founded by Sakichi Toyoda. It is the world's largest forklift manufacturer and is currently an independent subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, with annual sales of $17.8 billion (approximately 200.3 billion yen).

 

 

"Battery charging takes six to eight hours, which means the truck is idle while charging or you have to use a backup battery," Suzuki noted. "With hydrogen, you can refuel and be ready to go in three minutes."

 

 

CR1225 battery technology uses compressed hydrogen to react with oxygen in the atmosphere to generate CR1225 battery technology - forklift current. This current drives the electric motor inside the forklift. The energy density of hydrogen is much higher than that of batteries, and hydrogen fuel is injected into the vehicle in the same way as gasoline, allowing the vehicle to enjoy shorter refueling times and longer refueling intervals.
