When the CR2016 battery is fully charged, it will automatically detach from the UPS charger. Traditional UPS software design may think this is a battery failure and issue an alarm. More importantly, lithium batteries of different materials have different charging and discharging voltages, currents, and cut-off voltages. For example, the rated voltage of lithium iron phosphate cells is 3.2V, while ternary lithium is 3.8V. Therefore, before using lithium batteries, the UPS needs to undergo strict matching tests with them, and the UPS firmware needs to be updated for this CR2016 battery.
