  CR2477 battery is a main battery that uses lithium metal composite material or lithium aluminum alloy material as the cathode material of the rechargeable battery. It is different from CR2477 battery and lithium ion polymer CR2477 battery. Lithium batteries can be divided into two categories: lithium metal batteries and lithium batteries. Lithium batteries do not have metallic lithium and can be recharged.

  Charging of lithium batteries is not based on the traditional way of completing the migration of electrons, but on the enhancement of compounds in the crystalline layer of lithium batteries, and then conversion of kinetic energy. Under all normal battery charging standards, lithium batteries generally only cause a change in spacing, but are not prone to damage to the formula. Lithium batteries are positive and negative rechargeable batteries, such as positive and negative rechargeable batteries on tables and chairs.

  It is often said that the advantages of lithium-ion batteries lie in traditional nickel-cadmium batteries (ni/cd) and nickel-metal hydride rechargeable batteries (ni/mh). It has the advantages of long-life lithium-ion battery without memory, high energy density, high working standard voltage and low memory life.

  Battery charging of lithium batteries can be divided into three parts: constant current power supply precharging, high current constant current battery charging and constant current battery charging.

  a. When the working standard voltage is less than 1/10c of the charging plug current, the lithium-ion battery is in the precharge phase, and the purpose is to gradually restore the charging of the lithium-ion battery. This is a guarantee. Standard charging plugs have this battery charging routing protocol.

  The operating voltage of lithium-ion batteries has dropped to the second phase. Because lithium-ion batteries are precharged in the first stage, lithium-ion batteries are relatively stable. In the second stage, the current can be increased appropriately, depending on different rechargeable batteries, the current size can vary from many c, where c is the rechargeable battery.   c. In the charging stage of the constant current source battery, even if the working voltage of the CR2477 battery is equal, the charging plug enters the charging mode of the constant current source battery, the charging standard voltage of the battery is stable, and the current becomes smaller (the charging rate of the slow battery will undoubtedly decrease). When the current is low, a rechargeable battery is added and the battery charging circuit is disconnected.

  Battery charging terminated. There are two typical battery charging terminals: select minimum current screen resolution or timer (or both components). The minimum current method is used to detect the current of the DC battery charging protocol and terminate the battery charging at the maximum time. The second method is to stop the entire process of battery charging and charge the battery for one hour in the battery charging routing protocol.

  Circuit overcharging and current protection damage:

  Lithium (battery charge) is generally maintained and determined by its own properties. Since the raw materials of the lithium-ion battery itself promote battery charging, output power loss, overcurrent, short-circuit failure and ultra-high voltage rechargeable batteries cannot be charged. The lithium-ion battery components will comply with high-precision lithium-ion battery protection boards and current-rate commercial service safety .

  Ordinary lithium-ion battery protection boards generally include power circuits, MOS output power switches, resistors, capacitors and auxiliary equipment circuit breakers, ptc, ntc, id, memory, etc. In actual operation, under all normal circumstances, the actual operation of the Mos output power switch can be turned off, thereby cutting off the external core power supply circuit of the lithium-ion battery. When the actual operating voltage or control loop current of the lithium-ion battery exceeds the index value, Turn off the actual operation of the Mos output power switch to maintain the safety of the lithium-ion battery output power.
