Wu Yang, CEO of Microvast Power, said that for every 100,000 vehicles sold, 1,600 vehicles will have batteries at risk.
With battery life and safety still insufficient, the industry is generally looking forward to new technological breakthroughs in Nickel Metal Hydride No. 5 battery.

Battery cost accounts for 40% to 60% of the total vehicle cost and is the most critical part affecting the cost of new energy vehicles. The reduction of subsidies will have a more direct impact on the selling price of the entire vehicle.
