At present, the development of pure electric vehicles has been constrained by the low energy density of batteries. Without a major breakthrough in battery energy density, the range of pure electric vehicles cannot be greatly improved. Recently, the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences announced that the "All-Solid-State Battery" project, a nano-pioneer project led by it, has passed the acceptance.
