The metal spine of the battery is made of copper and aluminum, and the thermal conductivity is relatively good. The second category is internal factors of the battery. The first is micro short circuit. There are two types of micro short circuits. The third is overcharging the battery. Overcharging will reduce the thermal runaway temperature of the material. For example, the capacity of the battery has decayed in the middle and late stages of use. The fourth is the amount of electrolyte used. If the amount is too much, the explosion will be very harmful, and the flame will spray very high and far, so the amount of electrolyte used must be strictly controlled.
