1.2V Ni-MH battery manufacturers introduce common terms of lithium batteries and 1.2V Ni-MH battery wireless charging technology
1.2V Ni-MH battery manufacturers introduce common terms of lithium batteries and 1.2V Ni-MH battery wireless charging technology. It is the future trend for new energy vehicles to be equipped with wireless charging functions, because the current wired charging has a big gap in safety and convenience compared to the wireless charging of the new energy vehicles we developed. Therefore, safety And convenience will make wireless charging of new energy vehicles become a standard feature of new energy vehicles in the future. Below, the 1.2V Ni-MH battery manufacturer will introduce to you the common terms of lithium batteries and 1.2V Ni-MH battery wireless charging technology.
Common terms for lithium batteries
①Lithium primary battery
Also known as primary lithium batteries, the negative electrode is lithium and are designed to be non-rechargeable. Including single lithium primary battery and lithium primary battery pack.
②1.2V Ni-MH battery
Lithium-ion batteries and lithium metal batteries are collectively called lithium batteries.
③Diaphragm
A battery component made of an ion-permeable material that prevents contact between electrodes of opposite polarity within the battery. Note: In mixed solid-liquid electrolyte lithium batteries and all-solid lithium batteries, the material that isolates the positive and negative electrodes can also be considered a type of separator, but it is generally called a solid electrolyte membrane.
④Battery protection board
Printed circuit boards with integrated circuits that protect batteries are generally used to prevent battery overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and ultra-high temperature charge and discharge.
⑤Battery management system BMS
An electronic management system that connects lithium batteries and equipment. Its main functions include: real-time monitoring of battery physical parameters, battery status estimation, online diagnosis and early warning, charge, discharge and precharge control, equalization management and thermal management, etc.
⑥Discharge capacity
The capacity value of the battery output measured under specified conditions. Note: Discharge capacity is usually expressed in ampere-hour (A˙h) or milliampere-hour (mA˙h).
⑦Trickle charging
A charging method that keeps the battery in a continuous, long-term, controlled low-current charging state. Note: Trickle charging is used to compensate for the self-discharge effect and keep the battery in an approximately fully charged state.
⑧Short circuit current
The maximum current that a battery can output into an external circuit that has zero resistance or reduces the battery voltage to near zero volts. Note: Zero resistance is an imaginary condition, in fact the short circuit current is the maximum current flowing in a circuit whose resistance is very low compared to the internal resistance of the battery.
⑨Discharge rate/charge rate
Discharge rate is a measure of discharge speed. It refers to the current value required when the battery discharges its rated capacity within a specified period of time. It is numerically equal to a multiple of the battery's rated capacity, that is, "discharge current/battery rated capacity = discharge "magnification", usually represented by the letters It. Similarly, the charging rate is a measure of charging speed, that is, "charging current/battery rated capacity = charging rate".
1.2V Ni-MH battery wireless charging technology
Wireless 1.2V Ni-MH battery charging technology is a technology that uses magnets to charge devices without the use of wires at all. Wireless charging technology, derived from wireless power transmission technology, uses magnetic resonance to transmit charges in the air between the charger and the device. The coil and capacitor form resonance between the charger and the device to achieve efficient transmission of electric energy.
Wireless charging is mainly divided into two types: static and dynamic. Static means that the electric vehicle can be charged when it is parked in the parking space. Dynamic means that in the future, the electric vehicle can be towed on the highway and charged while walking. Currently, the technology closest to mass production is static wireless charging technology, with a charging efficiency of up to 95.4%. This is the highest efficiency achieved in the laboratory, with a minimum of no less than 85%. Therefore, this charging efficiency is basically comparable to line charging. Dynamic wireless charging is probably expected to be industrialized in three to five years.
There are three main basic principles of wireless charging technology: electromagnetic induction, magnetic field resonance and radio wave.
The electromagnetic induction type mainly uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate a certain current on the secondary coil through alternating current of a certain frequency on the primary coil, thereby transferring energy from the transmission end to the receiving end. At present, the most common charging solution uses electromagnetic induction. In fact, there is not much mystery in the technical implementation of electromagnetic induction solutions. China's local BYD Company applied for non-contact induction charging as early as December 2005. The device patent uses electromagnetic induction technology.
The principle of magnetic resonance is to adjust the energy sending device and the energy receiving device to the same frequency, or to resonate at a specific frequency, so that they can exchange energy with each other. The diameter of the coil used in this experiment reaches 50cm, which cannot be commercialized yet. If the size of the coil is reduced, the received power will naturally decrease.
Radio wave charging technology is a relatively mature technology at present. Similar to the early use of mineral radios, it mainly consists of a microwave transmitter and a microwave receiver, which can capture the radio wave energy bouncing off the wall and maintain a stable DC voltage while adjusting with the load. This method requires only a transmitter mounted on a wall plug and a "mosquito" receiver that can be mounted on any low voltage product.
The explosion of the wireless 1.2V Ni-MH battery charging market undoubtedly means huge business opportunities for upstream and downstream companies. However, the wireless 1.2V Ni-MH battery charging industry is still in the early stages of development. There are already countless wireless charger products on the market. Only Products with guaranteed quality can stand out in the market.
