　　5. When the single cell voltage drops to 1.7V, the voltmeter voltage is 41V (driving load), and the electrolysis specific gravity drops to 1.18, charging should be carried out in time.

When the battery is fully charged, use distilled water or dilute sulfuric acid with a specific gravity of 1.4 to adjust the specific gravity of the electrolyte to 1.26 and maintain a sufficient height. The voltage, electrolyte and specific gravity should be recorded throughout the charging process of the battery. Records will assist in battery maintenance and assurance analysis.

　　7. Keep batteries away from fire and heat sources. After charging, close the gas cap, wipe off the electrolyte splash, keep the connector clean and dry, and apply Vaseline. Battery flushing must be carried out by lifting it off the vehicle.

The ventilation equipment in the battery charging room must be good, and the temperature should not be higher than 40°C.
