Overview of 18650 battery rechargeable, what are their classifications?
18650 battery rechargeable are composed of positive plates, negative plates, separators, electrolytes, plastic tanks, etc. In order to meet the high voltage needs of electrical appliances, the amount of electricity released when the battery is discharged to the specified voltage according to certain discharge conditions is called the battery's Capacity; 18650 battery rechargeable are classified according to application fields and are divided into four categories: backup power batteries, energy storage batteries, starting batteries and power batteries. 1. Overview of 18650 battery rechargeable
1. 18650 battery rechargeable are composed of positive plates, negative plates, separators, electrolytes, plastic tanks, etc. The positive active material of a lead-acid battery is lead dioxide (PbO2), the negative active material is lead (Pb), and the electrolyte is dilute sulfuric acid. The positive and negative electrodes are separated by a separator. The ions in the electrolyte can pass through the separator. The micropores on the electrode cannot pass through the separator.

After the lead-acid battery is discharged, the active material lead dioxide (PbO2) on the positive plate is converted into lead sulfate (PbSO4) and adheres to the positive plate, and the active material lead (Pb) on the negative electrode is also converted into lead sulfate (PbSO4) and adheres to the negative electrode. On the plate, the sulfuric acid in the electrolyte diffuses into the plate, and the concentration of the electrolyte decreases. When 18650 battery rechargeable are charged, the opposite reaction occurs. Through charging and discharging reactions, 18650 battery rechargeable can be used repeatedly until the stored capacity cannot meet the requirements of the electrical appliance and the life is terminated.
3. The standard voltage of lead-acid battery single cell (also called single cell) is 2V. In order to meet the high voltage needs of electrical appliances, batteries are often combined in series to form 6V, 12V and other battery packs; in order to meet the high capacity needs of electrical appliances, this is often achieved by increasing the plate area or welding the same plates in parallel to form a pole group. The amount of electricity released when a fully charged battery is discharged to a specified voltage under certain discharge conditions is called the capacity of the battery. The unit is generally expressed in ampere hours (abbreviated as ampere hours, expressed as "Ah"). The ability of a battery to release electricity is called energy, which is the battery's capacity multiplied by the average discharge voltage, usually expressed in volt-ampere-hours (VAh) or kilovolt-ampere-hours (kVAh).
2. Classification of 18650 battery rechargeable
1. According to the application fields, my country's 18650 battery rechargeable can be mainly divided into four categories: backup power batteries, energy storage batteries, starting batteries and power batteries. Backup power batteries are batteries mainly used for communication backup power, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), emergency lighting power and other backup power supplies. 4. Among lean batteries, batteries with electrolyte adsorbed in glass fiber separators are often designed as valve-controlled sealed batteries, which are called valve-controlled sealed batteries; batteries with electrolytes fixed with silica colloid are called gel batteries.
