Kong) Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Special Technology International
Holdings Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Special Industry Corporation,
invested in Beijing Changli United Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The unveiling
ceremony of the Beijing Zinc-Air Battery Research Center was held in Beijing

zinc-air batteries.

ceremony and jointly unveiled the Beijing Zinc-Air Battery Research Center.

project not only has important strategic significance for the long-term
development of AVIC International Group, but also has important strategic
significance for Beijing to implement the Green Beijing plan, lengthen the new

AVIC International Hong Kong Company and Beijing Changli formally signed an
investment agreement
AVIC Changli will invest 500 million yuan and commit to industrializing
zinc-air batteries in the next three years. In 2010, Beijing will arrange 5
electric buses and sanitation trucks for operational testing, and another 50
electric buses and sanitation truck batteries to conduct road tests on routes
designated by the Beijing Municipal Government, and put them into use in trials
of the city's public transportation and sanitation systems. operation, providing
a reliable basis for market-oriented operations. In 2011, the company plans to
produce 100 electric bus batteries for operation on bus lines and designated
tourist routes. At the same time, it plans to add 300 electric sanitation
vehicle batteries for operation in municipal sanitation systems, laying a solid
foundation for the large-scale development of electric vehicles. In 2012, it
plans to produce 500 electric bus batteries and 500 electric sanitation vehicle
batteries, joining the large-scale development and commercialization of electric
vehicles in Beijing. In 2013, large-scale production of zinc-air batteries was
realized, reaching an annual production capacity of 1,000 electric bus batteries
and 1,000 electric sanitation vehicle batteries.
At the ceremony, Beijing Changli United Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and
AVIC International Hong Kong signed an investment agreement on the Zinc-Air
Battery Industrialization Project. At the same time, Beijing Changli also signed
a Letter of Intent for Cooperation on the Electric Bus Project with Beijing
Public Transport Group. ", signed the "Electric Sanitation Vehicle Project
Cooperation Agreement" with the Beijing Environmental Sanitation Group, and
signed the "Letter of Intent to Settl in the Badaling New Energy Industry Base"
with the Beijing Badaling Economic Development Zone Management Committee.
