　　The temperature of PACK batteries mainly affects the activity of internal electrode materials and electrolyte performance. Both high and low temperatures have a significant impact on the capacity of batteries.

　　At low temperatures, the activity of the battery significantly decreases, the ability of lithium insertion and extraction decreases, the internal resistance and polarization voltage of the battery increase, the actual available capacity decreases, the discharge capacity of the battery decreases, the discharge platform is low, and the battery is more likely to reach the discharge cut-off voltage, resulting in a decrease in the available capacity of the battery and a decrease in the energy utilization efficiency of the battery.

　　When the temperature rises, the extraction and insertion of lithium ions between the positive and negative electrodes become active, resulting in a decrease in the internal resistance of the battery, a longer stabilization time of the internal resistance, an increase in the amount of electronic migration in the external circuit, and a more effective utilization of the capacity. However, when the battery operates in a high-temperature environment for a long time, the stability of the positive electrode lattice structure will deteriorate, the safety of the battery will be reduced, and the lifespan of the battery will be significantly shortened.

　　Therefore, both high and low temperatures can affect the performance and service life of lithium iron phosphate batteries. In actual operation, methods such as increasing battery thermal management should be used to ensure that the battery operates under suitable temperature conditions. A constant temperature testing room at 25 ℃ can be established during the battery pack PACK testing phase.
