Problems such as large dosage of agent and low graphene concentration. Excessive dispersant dosage and too low graphene concentration are disadvantageous factors in building composite materials. Therefore, the development of new, efficient, and low-cost dispersants is an important issue that needs to be solved to achieve large-scale application of graphene. Based on this, the team of Professor Zhou Shuxue from the Department of Materials Science of Fudan University and the Advanced Coatings Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education carried out a series of research work and developed two new graphene dispersants, both of which showed excellent performance in the preparation of graphene composite materials. Now a brief introduction to its research results is given. The polyamino cationic perylene imide graphene dispersant uses a commonly used dye intermediate-perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) as raw material, and is mixed with a series of polyethylene polyethylene This type of graphene dispersant is obtained by refluxing the amine in toluene and acidifying it with formic acid. This dispersant has the characteristics of achieving high-concentration dispersion of graphene at a lower dosage.
