Five innovative battery technologies: AA rechargeable battery have great potential for environmental protection

1. New batteries powered by human skin

To solve the power supply problem of the above wearable devices, researchers are developing a battery whose electrodes are attached to the user's skin.

2. Quick-Charge Technology

These new rechargeable batteries can be recharged hundreds of thousands of times and then landfilled after the materials wear out. Solid-state batteries increase the power by more than 30%, which means that after charging, they can be used for longer. Because solid-state rechargeable batteries are non-flammable, they are an excellent type of on-board battery for electric vehicles.
4. AA rechargeable battery
Although solid-state batteries can provide various environmental protection functions, VisualCapitalist believes that AA rechargeable battery have a lot of room for improvement in environmental protection. It is estimated that the power of AA rechargeable battery will increase by 6%-7% year by year in the future, thanks to the continuous adjustment of the content of metals such as aluminum, cobalt, manganese, and nickel in the cathode of AA rechargeable battery. 5. Flexible battery
