The results show that when the roasting temperature is 400°C and the time is 90 minutes, the mercury removal rate can reach more than 99%; when the roasting temperature is 1100°C and the time is 90 minutes, the dezincification rate can reach 95%; mercury removal and zinc removal When the final battery sample is added to the sintered raw material, when the amount is 1%, it has basically no impact on the quality of the sinter, indicating that this technology is feasible for treating waste batteries and can open up a new way for the treatment and utilization of waste batteries in my country.

The main objects of waste batteries in my country are zinc-manganese and nickel-chromium batteries, which contain a large amount of renewable resources. In order to avoid environmental pollution and waste of resources, waste batteries must be processed and recycled with value. Elements.
