Many companies tend to overlook the safety issues of AGV batteries when using them, and not every machine is manned during operation. Once safety accidents occur with AGV batteries, it can pose significant risks to the workplace where the entire AGV vehicle is located.

　　2. The safety hazards of AGV battery powered cars mainly come from their internal power source - the battery. Due to the unstable characteristics of the battery, there are many things to pay attention to. For example, excessive discharge is not allowed, and disassembly is not allowed at will. If any abnormal battery is found to have serious deformation, odor, leakage, or unexplained noise, it should be immediately stopped from use.

　　3. The external environment is also a major reason for the safety of AGV battery school buses. AGVs need to be stored or operated in a place that is protected from direct sunlight, dry and ventilated, and has no heat source nearby. Be careful not to cause accidents such as falling or heavy pressure when transporting and loading and unloading batteries; After continuously charging for 12 hours, if the charger does not change the light or the surface becomes hot, it should be stopped immediately.

If the AGV battery of a vehicle that has been idle for a long time cannot be charged, it should be started without load and operated at a slow speed for a while, then the vehicle should be heated up before charging the battery. After discharging the battery and lithium battery, they should be charged immediately. Delaying time will damage the battery, and the delay cannot exceed 24 hours
