  AG3 battery have been widely used in 3C electronic products (Computer, Consumer Electronics and Communication), energy storage equipment, and electric vehicles due to their significant advantages such as high energy density, high operating voltage, long cycle life, small self-discharge, and environmental friendliness. and marine fields.

  The energy density of the negative electrode material is one of the main factors affecting the energy density of AG3 battery. It can be seen that the negative electrode material plays a vital role in the chemical system of AG3 battery. Among them, the most widely studied negative electrode materials for AG3 battery are metal-based. (Sn-based materials, Si-based materials), lithium titanate, carbon materials (carbon nanotubes, graphene, etc.) and other anode materials.

  At present, tin-based negative electrode materials mainly include tin oxide and tin alloy.

  1.1.1 Tin oxide

  SnO2 has attracted much attention due to its high theoretical specific capacity (781mAh/g). However, there are also some problems in its application process: large first irreversible capacity and large volume effect when lithium is inserted (volume expansion 250 %~300%), easy to agglomerate during the circulation process, etc.

  Research shows that by preparing composite materials, the agglomeration of SnO2 particles can be effectively inhibited, while the volume effect during lithium insertion can be alleviated and the electrochemical stability of SnO2 can be improved.

  Zhou et al. prepared SnO2/graphite composites through chemical deposition and high-temperature sintering. At a current density of 100mA/g, the specific capacity can reach more than 450mAh/g. At a current density of 2400mA/g, the reversible specific capacity exceeds 230mAh/g. ,

  Experiments show that graphite as a carrier can not only disperse SnO2 particles more evenly, but also effectively inhibit particle agglomeration and improve the cycle stability of the material.

  1.1.2 Tin alloy

  SnCoC is a type of Sn alloy anode material that has been commercially successful. It uniformly mixes the three elements Sn, Co, and C at the atomic level and is not obtained by crystallization. This material can effectively inhibit the electrode from charging and discharging. Volume change of material, improving cycle life.
