The researchers pointed out that the key to long life and fast charging is the thermal stimulation technology they developed previously, also known as self-heating technology.

Using this self-heating technology, the researchers said that the battery can be made using low-cost materials as positive and negative electrodes, as well as safe, low-voltage electrolytes.
