Beijing is exploring the multi-scenario application of hydrogen energy and CR1632 batterytechnology
The first Beijing Future Science City Hydrogen Energy and CR1632 batteryTechnology Development Conference, hosted by the Beijing Future Science City Hydrogen Energy Technology Collaborative Innovation Platform and organized by the Beijing Science and Technology Cooperation Center, was held in Beijing Future Science City a few days ago. The conference took strengthening collaborative innovation and promoting the independent development of domestic hydrogen energy and CR1632 batterytechnology as its theme. Focusing on the core key technologies of hydrogen energy and Beijing's advantageous technology fields, it focused on the technical exchanges in three sub-fields: solid and liquid hydrogen storage and transportation technology, liquid hydrogen technology, and medium and high temperature CR1632 batterytechnology, and explored the multi-scenario application of technology.
Lei Ting, member of the Party Leadership Group of Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and director of Beijing Science and Technology Cooperation Center, introduced that Beijing, as a national science and technology innovation center, has brought together a number of hydrogen energy and CR1632 batteryscience and technology innovation entities. Following the demonstration operation of hydrogen CR1632 batterybuses at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, in recent years, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission has focused on supporting 39 hydrogen energy and CR1632 batteryindependent technology research projects and 160 million yuan of municipal fiscal funds, which has enhanced Beijing's basic research and cutting-edge technology research capabilities in hydrogen energy research and application. At the same time, the Beijing Future Science City Hydrogen Energy Technology Collaborative Innovation Platform has been established for more than a year. Collaborative research has been carried out in an orderly manner, technical exchanges have been in-depth and effective, and several joint research teams have been formed among the platform member units. In terms of applied basic research and cutting-edge technology research, each has played its own advantages, carried out scientific research in a collaborative manner, reduced low-level and repetitive research, improved overall research and development efficiency, and produced some phased results.
It is understood that with the support of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the guidance of experts from the platform expert committee, the Beijing Science and Technology Cooperation Center has organized five units, including the Beijing Institute of Aerospace Testing Technology, the Institute of Physical and Chemical Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Beijing Aerospace Power Institute, the Beijing Low-Carbon Clean Energy Research Institute, and the China National Institute of Standardization, to start the development of key equipment for civilian liquid hydrogen in China, starting from the links that have a certain research foundation and can be realized by domestic manufacturing technology, and supporting the compilation of national liquid hydrogen civilian standards. Organize 5 units including Huaneng Qingneng Institute and Guodian New Energy Institute to jointly carry out research projects such as hydrogen separation polymer fiber supported palladium composite membrane and biomass electrolysis based on heteropoly acid catalysis, share scientific research instruments and equipment, and complement each other's technical advantages.
The conference attracted representatives from the Energy and Environment Division of the United Nations Development Program, researchers from the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Technology of Japan, and well-known experts from Tsinghua University, Peking University, China University of Mining and Technology, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Physical and Chemical Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Aerospace Science and Technology (000901, Stock Bar) Group and other domestic and foreign experts, central enterprises, private enterprises and industry associations. At the meeting, 27 experts and industry representatives exchanged the latest technologies, development trends, and their respective research directions and scientific research results at home and abroad in the three sub-fields of solid and liquid hydrogen storage and transportation technology, liquid hydrogen technology, and medium and high temperature CR1632 batterytechnology, discussed various application scenarios of hydrogen energy and CR1632 batterytechnology, and expanded the realistic possibility of domestic commercial demonstration applications outside the transportation field. The conference also showcased the interim scientific research results achieved by the 13 hydrogen energy platform member units, providing a good opportunity for independent technology and professional services to better support the large-scale demonstration application and industrial development of domestic hydrogen energy and fuel cells.
