Is fast charging better or slow charging better?

 

Fast charging is convenient, and slow charging guarantees life. Most mobile phones use a combination of fast charging and slow charging. Apple lithium-ion batteries use fast charging to quickly reach 80% of the power, and then switch to a slower trickle charge. Assume that a new CR2016 battery has a voltage of 2.5V when it is used up, and the minimum voltage required for the operation of the mobile phone's electronic components is also 2.5V. However, as the CR2016 battery ages and the impedance increases, the voltage may be less than 2.5V when the CR2016 battery has only 20% of its charge left, and the phenomenon of automatic shutdown due to high power will occur.
