CR2025 battery

release time:2024-07-17 Hits:     Popular:AG11 battery

Can electric cars become mainstream if there is no breakthrough in CR2025 battery technology?

He believes that it is "nonsense" for the Chinese auto industry to overtake others by electric cars. Although Tesla has been hyping it up, it is losing money every quarter. BYD's profit fell 83% in the first quarter of this year. One is the sharp increase in costs, and the other is the reduction in state subsidies.

He believes that electric cars have a big problem - energy density. Today, the density of lead-acid batteries is 90, and that of lithium batteries is 240. Today, BYD's is 180, but gasoline is 8,600.

"Chinese diesel cars cannot compete with Europe, and gasoline cars cannot compete with the United States and Japan, so they are developing electric cars. Can they overtake others by corners if the technology is not chosen correctly?"

Electric cars have their advantages over taxis and buses on fixed routes, but Liu Ke pointed out that if you buy an electric car in Xi'an today, you dare not drive it to Baoji. He believes that electric cars will not become mainstream in the future. Another problem is CR2025 battery recycling. "If it is not recycled, millions of batteries will be scattered all over China, which is an environmental disaster."

He believes that replacing diesel with methanol is a visible direction in the future.

The following is an excerpt from the speech:

Liu Ke: I will talk to you about energy today. Actually, I was talking about the three basic assumptions of China's energy strategy some time ago. Two of them no longer exist. The first is that oil and gas no longer exist in the world, and the second is carbon dioxide. The third assumption is always there, promoting clean energy, which is China's environmental problem, smog.

I remember when Chai Jing's video came out three years ago during the two sessions, there was a small discussion meeting on the two sessions. When talking about this meeting, the editor-in-chief of the Global Times was there. On April 8, 2015, I wrote an article in the Global Times about the source of smog.

The first reason is scattered coal. Scattered coal is coal that is directly burned and discharged without any treatment. China has 750 million tons. The desulfurization of large power plants is 99%, and burning one ton of scattered coal is equivalent to 99 tons of large power plants. How many cubic meters of gas are produced in China, and no one has calculated the total account. In the end, it was said that it was less than 300 million tons of standard coal calorific value. How to reduce coal and gas. Last winter, despite the figures, which were published eight years ago, everyone was forced to switch from coal to gas. After the switch last winter, the price of natural gas was six times that of the United States. Wind and solar energy have been developed for 40 years, and the total power generation is only a few hundred million. In the short term, it is not possible to rely on wind and solar energy. What should we do? If China wants to clean up the air, it must first clean up the coal before burning it.

The second is that China is a large agricultural country, and there are low-quality diesel and old diesel engines.

The third is ammonia emissions caused by the large-scale use of fertilizers. Because part of it is absorbed by the farmland, and part of it goes into the air. Desulfurization, sulfur in the air becomes sulfuric acid. Acidic gas alone forms smog, and the combination of the two is smog. 52% of the particles are formed in this way. Let me talk about how to solve the problem of fertilizers. It is not just fertilizers, but air pollution.

Fertilizers are not something that people suddenly come up with after many years of research. During World War II, the United States built more than 100 nitric acid factories. Later, grass grew wildly in the place where ammonium nitrate was piled, and it was discovered that it could be used as fertilizer. However, the impact of chemical fertilizers is indeed hidden. If you use it for three, five, or ten years, there will be no problem. But after using it for thirty or fifty years, problems will arise. Ammonium nitrate is a strong acid and a weak base. Nitric acid remains in the soil. Over time, it kills bacteria in the soil and causes soil compaction. There is also a feeling that the things grown on the land after using chemical fertilizers for 30 or 50 years look big, but taste tasteless. Because the nutrients and taste of food are determined by the trace minerals in the soil, and long-term use of chemical fertilizers will eliminate the things in the soil that determine the nutrients and taste of food. The corn in 1960 and the corn in 2013 look big, but the calcium content has dropped by 78%. What should we do with the occurrence of diseases? This is why the mineral content in the sea has increased, but the content of soil that has been used in large quantities of chemical fertilizers has decreased.

From 1978 to 2011, China's grain production increased by 80%, and the use of chemical fertilizers increased by 682%. The amount of chemical fertilizers used per mu of land is 4 times the average level. If this continues for another 50 years, the land will not grow anything. What should we do about this problem? Fortunately, the precious trace elements in ancient times were preserved by coal. Think about how coal comes from. Separate the non-combustibles before burning. After separation, the non-combustibles are used as the best soil conditioner. They must go through a series of biological activation and treatment processes to produce the best organic fertilizer in the world. We can produce a very clean, high-calorific value water-coal slurry. With water-coal slurry, we can solve the problem of insufficient natural gas and the burning of loose coal in China today.

Regarding the problem of Chinese electric vehicles, there are a lot of fake news about the capital operation of Chinese electric vehicles for so many years. Although Tesla is hyped, it is losing money every quarter. BYD's profit in the first quarter of this year fell 83%. There are two reasons. The first is cost, which has increased significantly in recent years, and the second is the reduction of national subsidies. Humans invented lead-acid batteries 21 years earlier, but why did humans not have them in the end? Electric vehicles must have lead-acid batteries. Electric vehicles were already available at that time. The important reason why people did not choose them in the end is the first energy density. Today, the density of lead-acid batteries is 90, and that of lithium batteries is 240. Today, BYD is 180, but gasoline is 8600. Why did humans choose liquid fuel? Liquid fuel can be transported by pipeline on land and across the sea.

Second, why did humans choose Ford's assembly line as their first production line? Because the internal combustion engine design costs 2,000 per unit. When China produced 30 million cars in 2016, but 777,000 electric cars in 2017, and the price of lithium in the world quadrupled, in this case, without a technological breakthrough, is it possible to convert all 30 million cars into electric cars?

I think it is nonsense to overtake on the curve. Chinese diesel cars cannot compete with Europe, and gasoline cars cannot compete with the United States and Japan, so they develop electric cars. Can you overtake on the curve if you choose the wrong technology? If the technology is right, you can surpass him on the right path.

In addition, batteries are not a brand new and safe technology. 67% of China's electricity is generated by coal. Is it cleaner to drive with coal or gas? The CR2025 battery recycling problem has not been solved, which means that China's consumption habits, in Beijing, if you can't get a license plate, buy an electric car. After a few years of use, it is not easy to use. Farmers take away thousands of yuan. Farmers will not throw it away if they are not dead. If not recycled, millions of batteries will be scattered all over China, which will be an environmental disaster. These issues were not taken into consideration when receiving subsidies. What should we do about these issues?

The three main causes of smog are: loose coal is the separation of trace elements and minerals. The second is the diesel problem. The shale gas revolution has reduced the price of natural gas by more than 2.5 yuan. How to make good use of natural gas resources? I think that replacing diesel with methanol is a visible direction in the future. Finally, excessive fertilizers cause soil compaction and smog problems. Organic fertilizers made from trace elements can gradually replace fertilizers, reduce pollution to the land, and reduce smog. Electric vehicles have their advantages over taxis and buses on fixed routes, but if you buy an electric vehicle in Xi'an today, you dare not drive it to Baoji. This will not become the mainstream in the future.

Of course, for taxis and buses on fixed routes in some city centers, we must insist on the research and development of electric vehicles, but we must be careful about industrial subsidies, because any industrial subsidies, I think industrial subsidies, research and development countries do not spend money, but industrial subsidies are often generated. Thank you.
