　　CR2032 battery system testing

　　CR2032 battery system testing can be divided into two parts: battery pack body testing and battery management system testing.

　　1. Battery pack body detection

　　The battery pack itself is generally tested during the design certification process, with the purpose of proving that the battery pack design/manufacturing does not comply with the design. Including temperature detection, mechanical equipment detection, environmental factor simulation detection, low-voltage electrical appliance detection, electromagnetic compatibility detection, electrical safety detection, battery performance detection, and chaos detection.

　　There are many complex experiments out there, and here are key details on the safety of rechargeable batteries in battery chaos experiments.

　　1.Acupuncture test

　　The exposure of the rechargeable battery to sharp objects was simulated. Because dirt inside the rechargeable battery may cause a short circuit failure, the experiment stipulated that no fire would occur.

　　2. Bubbling salt water

　　After long-term immersion in 5% salt water, the battery functions normally

　　At this stage, the highly recommended waterproof and anti-scaling level of the CR2032 battery pack is IP67. Automotive applications in hard environments improve IP security

　　3. External fire

　　The fire lasts for 130 seconds at 590℃, with no explosion, fire, or burning and no flame residue.

　　4.Fall

　　The battery moves freely on the steel plate with a height of 1 meter. The battery cover is complete and working normally.

　　5. Vibration detection

　　High-frequency vibration simulation test shows that the battery pack operates normally.
