Power batteries have different effects on vehicle performance at different temperatures and amounts of electricity. When using the vehicle for the first time or after being parked for a long time, the vehicle must be fully charged to calibrate the SOC. 1. The impact of CR2032 button cell characteristics on vehicle performance
1. The charging and discharging capabilities of power batteries will be weakened at high or low temperatures. Under extreme temperatures and low battery, there may be weak acceleration and insufficient power.
2. When the CR2032 button cell has high power, the feedback performance of the vehicle will be weakened, and it will increase when the power is reduced.
3. When the CR2032 button cell is low in power, the vehicle's acceleration performance will be weakened.
4. When the CR2032 button cell is at low temperature, the chemical activity of the battery will decrease, the available power will be reduced, and the available power will decrease as the temperature decreases.
2. Precautions when using power batteries
1. When the CR2032 button cell is at low temperature, the charging time becomes longer, which is a normal phenomenon. At low temperature, the BMS will engage the heating relay, request the heating voltage and current from the OBC through CAN, and then charge while heating (or heat to a certain temperature first) Then, it enters the state of charging while heating.
2. When the vehicle is parked and charged in a low-temperature environment with high battery capacity, due to the chemical characteristics of the battery, the SOC may jump to 100%, which is normal.
3. When the CR2032 button cell is charged to high power, it will switch to trickle charging mode. The terminal charging time will be lengthened, and the estimated charging time displayed on the meter will be biased.
4. When using the vehicle for the first time or after parking it for a long time, the SOC displayed by the instrument may be biased. It is recommended to fully charge the vehicle to calibrate the SOC when using it for the first time or after parking it for a long time.
5. In order to keep the CR2032 button cell in the best condition, please use charging equipment to fully charge the CR2032 button cell regularly (it is recommended to fully charge it at least once a week).
6. To ensure the safety of power batteries, vehicles should be kept away from flammable and explosive items, fire sources and various hazardous chemicals.
7. The vehicle should be charged and parked away from heat sources and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, otherwise it will reduce the service life of the CR2032 button cell.
8. In order to ensure long-term performance, avoid continuously exposing the vehicle to an environment with a temperature greater than 60°C or less than -30°C for more than 24 hours.
