1、 Factors affecting the characteristics of low-temperature lithium iron phosphate batteries
1. The positive electrode material selected in lithium iron phosphate batteries has weak electronic device conductivity and is prone to polarization, thereby reducing the volume of the lithium battery.
2. Negative grade lithium batteries pose a significant threat to low-temperature battery charging, which can compromise the safety factor of rechargeable batteries.
3. Lithium battery electrolyte: Lithium iron phosphate batteries have an increase in the viscosity of their internal lithium battery electrolyte at low temperature standards, thereby enhancing the characteristic impedance of lithium-ion battery transfer.
2、 How to improve the low-temperature characteristics of lithium iron phosphate batteries?
1. From the perspective of the positive grade of lithium iron phosphate rechargeable batteries, both the particle size and resistance of the positive electrode can harm the ultra-low temperature characteristics of rechargeable batteries. The low-temperature charging and discharging characteristics of lithium batteries can be improved based on the positive manufacturing process.
